Applications of BBa_K321004
We used the Kir3DL1 intracelluar signaling domain as an inhibition module for our project. We used it in our chimeric antigen receptors. Specifically, we used Kir3DL1 in our ANDN logic gate, and showed inhibition of killer cell activation with it when the target cell expressed its antigen.
